Erik is a merman and one of the supporting characters in season 2 of Mako Mermaids. Like Zac, he is a merman.
Description[]
Erik is a new merman who is introduced as a land boy who recently moved in to town and got a job as a waiter in the cafe. He notices signs of mermaid activity and deduces that Zac, Ondina, Mimmi and Sirena are merpeople after seeing the girls' moon rings and discretely following the group to Mako.
Personality[]
Erik was a dodgy individual. He broke Evie's boat just to please Ondina, showing that he would do anything that would please her or himself. Erik was also a person with trust issues, and he was shown to lie a lot to get out of troublesome situations. After obtaining the Trident stone, Erik became ruthless, not caring if he drained everything the mermaids loved. However, he was not completely ruthless, because Ondina was his weakness. Erik sees that he was hurting her, and he stopped what he was doing immediately. This shows that Erik will do anything for the ones he loved. He was also curious, often getting his nose stuck in business that wasn't his.
Apperance[]
Erik is a young man with dark tan skin and dirty blond hair that is wavy and is short in length. He has captivating blue/green eyes, straight white teeth and full lips as human with legs. As a merman, he has a dark blue tail with dark blue markings on it just like Zac's tail.
